Many customers face challenges when it comes to understanding their true needs when buying a new faucet. The retail experience, often the primary decision-making environment, doesn’t always facilitate clarity. With a wall of faucets featuring different features, shapes, sizes, and finishes, it’s no surprise that customers often leave feeling confused.

To address this issue, we collaborated with Home Depot to enhance the shop-ability of their faucet category. Together, we developed a new merchandising solution that focuses on how customers shop for faucets. This solution incorporates a more targeted product presentation and integrated communications, specifically designed to guide and assist customers in selecting the right faucet for their needs. By improving the overall faucet shopping experience, our aim is to empower customers with the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions.
